Title: Rear seat bolts
Post by: David on June 03, 2011, 09:44:27 AM
Can anyone tell me what size/thread etc the bolts that hold down the top piece of the rear seat on a 88 Cougar are? I've seem to have misplaced mine.

Thanks!

Hey Eric,
I was looking to see if you or anyone knows what the thread and pitch of the bolt is. During the moves I've gone through, I lost my set while the seats were out.

Just in case anyone ever needs. They are 7/16" by 20 thread count. One inch bolts with a lock washer and a large washer are good.

These bolts are the same for the seat belts as well.
