Title: prem sound wireing

on the prem sound with the eq the 3 wires for the speakers theirs a black and white one thats for commmon. what is common?

I believe it is the common ground.  The wiring is a little strange.

Black/white wire goes from radio to egualizer and is shown as common in the ford wiring diagram, not sure of pin location will have to double check, let me know if you need the diagram pic should be able to post.
