I find it difficult to find an excuse to drive it. Only had it out several times this year. Once to a show and shine in windsor. The car didn't  seem to get much attention, they had me parked in amongst a number of GM products! I actually get more comments from the comet or truck.

You need an excuse to drive it? Hell, I drive my T-Bird whenever I can - in  fact, I'm not looking forward to putting it away for the winter (it'll be stored in Burnside). I need an excuse to drive the Cherokee 'cuz  hate the ed thing! Lately deer season has been that excuse.

So what year Comet? Falcon-Comet or Maverick-Comet? I've been seeing a mint brown two-door Maverick-Comet around Sackville that I'd like to have...

I have an insurance policy on the cougar which stipulates pleasure use only. The comet is a 4-door and the 2-dr maverick is a grabber clone under construction.

Thanks for the compliments. The fastback is a 66 289. Its originally a florida car. I think of it as my retirement fund, I have had it for a number of years but plan on hanging  on to it till I am ready to retire. ( Or trade it for a 57 ford!)
