Well, i never wanted to do it, but desperate times call for desperate measures. After i sold my black '83, i traded a Ranger i had for this '86 TC. even though its an Auto, after driving it, i thought i'd keep it for a long time. well, 2 years later, and sagging economy has changed things considerably, as everyone knows. so like my daily driver Ranger GT, here also is my daily driver TC up for sale. I am the third owner of this car. it was originally purchased at Willmore Ford Mcminnville, Tn by a man and woman for the woman to drive daily. they had one child, a daughter. the woman drove it daily until the daughter was in high school, where it became her car. she had kept it ever since, until she traded it to me for a Ranger pickup i had. when i aquired it, it had 186k miles on it. it now has 192k on it. it has been dependable and trouble free since i purchased it. i have replace all heater hoses on it, and put in a new starter and altenator. it had 1 year old BFG tires on it when i got it, and they are still in good shape. it doesnt smoke, the trans shifts fine(C3) and i continually get 22-25mpg, and have not yet tuned it up. it is sandalwood/charcol tutone on the outside and tan inside, everything works on it and is missing 2 pull strap end covers and the console latch is broken. the only things i have seen wrong on the inside. still looks great.
