Perplexing... They know enough to take a project that far, and simply say "doesn't run".  Why? Why doesn't it run? I get so irritated by people and their lack of descriptions on everything (ebay, craigslist, whatever...). Typing is free, but being a muted moron will cost you the sale..

I agree, if I was asking 13,500 for a car, I would try to have the buyer sold before he/she even gave me a call, lack of description generally gives me the idea that there is something seriously wrong with the car and I should stay away...

I'm pretty sure the Boss engine is worth this, running or not, just for the parts.

BOSS 429=COOL

T-bird that has a BOSS 429 and doesn't look stock=not cool.

I prefer a car with a modified engine that looks stock from the outside ;).
