Nice car, if a bit overpriced for something with 200,000 km on it. But "only 1500 produced for 1987" - WTF?

HEY! He said there were only 1500. Okay? So....he's gotta be right....I mean I've only seen two in person myself, so 1500 is a lot, that should account for the rest of the world!

Sorry, nothing is going to act like a 302, other than a 302.

And 18 pounds of boost? I'd Probably list the bov or gilli valve or wtf ever mod(s) done...might even help it sell a bit faster...lol

So what's that in 'Murican dollas? $127.50, or so? LMAO j/k

Is a nice car...i'd want some good underneath pics before I got serious about it, though.

The car is wet in the pictures so I'm betting the paint is fubar....

Actually, I think you'd find that the Canadian dollar is worth more than the greenback, and has been for some time now. The exchange rate at this moment is 1 USD = 0.98312 Canadian :D

Hard to say. When a car lives in an area that rarely sees sunshine, paint doesn't generally get sun damaged...

yup, we are in bad shape, lol.,,

seriously though, get the bird in florida up now, im sure some of us could pitch in and get it to NY.  You know its easier to come from canada and cross back over the boarder than it is for a US person to cross over and get back in.

Carm, if you do ever find that car of your dreams. and it's a southern car... I'll hold it here at my house for you if we can get it here easily. Then you just need to get it from NY.. or, If we can get it to Alex just the other side of me, then you don't even need to leave Canada to get it

I'd say it's not so much USA being in bad shape (which is it, but still), as it is Canada being in good shape. We didn't have the housing and banking collapse, and we didn't have any native automakers to bail out (though we did actually help to bail out two US ones). That and commodities are going way up, and Canada's economy is largely built on commodities (oil, gold, copper, steel, etc).

Yes. Or an 87-88 Cat. Or a Mark VII.

Thanks Jerry, I will keep that in mind. Hopefully something will happen this spring or summer...

That's pretty. Almost too pretty, since the drivetrain would have to be yanked (87 BB's had the same lo-po 5.0's fox Birds did, you needed an LSC to get the HO). I wouldn't want to have to molest such a low-mile Mark...

I don't think that there's much of a collector market for a non LSC Mark VII. I would slap a set of mint Mark VII LSC turbines on it and mod the drive train to my hearts content. Then again I'm all for the keep the interior and exterior stock but mod the drive train/chassies ;).
