Title: hard fuel lines needed...(Found)
Post by: daminc on February 23, 2011, 05:56:45 PM
Need the fuel lines that are on the frame under the pass fender for 302.EFI motor... they connect from the vinyl lines under the car to the chrome lines under the hood..... this part is keeping me from finishing the car.... and getting it running..

Thanks
Jerry

Hi, You can always use brake line stock......

Thanks, but I'd rather have the formed lines with the vinyl already attached to them.... Straight vinyl lines or stainless front to back will be my last resort.

No problem with that. I don't think they have vinyl coated lines for 87 or 88, or at least none that I've ever run across.

daminc, I have the lines you need.  Do you just need the hard metal/chrome lines?  Or do you need the plastic lines from the fuel filter forward?  I have both from an 88 5.0 cougar.  Shipping will be a bear on the plastic lines (since they are long).

Let me know!

Jon

Here are some pictures of the two different lines...

Hard metal/chrome fuel lines (at the side of the engine):

Plastic/metal lines (that run the length of the car to the fuel filter area):

Jon, how much do you want for the lines in the lower pic....I just need the steel parts with a few inches of vinyl on the fuel filter side.
