Check out the second pic in that post. These are like weatherpack connectors in that you can repin a new connector. These plugs are on the body harness just below the starter solenoid. I think there are more than one 6 position plugs. Id like to get more than one, but i NEED one. Text me with price if you can cut one out of a car you are parting. Ill repin, you can just cut the wires.

Will this work
Probably not, Id have to see the pins. These are pretty thick. 4 of the 5 wires look to be 12 guage. They are on the ignition circuit, so pretty heavy.
This was from a rear view mirror switch from our cars , If that info helps :)
I cant see a pic?
can you post a pic of the plug you are needing? there are a few different types of pins that were used.

This is one that looks just about identical. I do not know for sure if the original kicked out on both sides, or just one because that part crumbled away. This plug is....$100
Im going to go look at a Mustang today to try to snag one.
LOL!! $100 thats insane... I bet I have something similar to that I can spare or come up with atleast half of one if you cant get one from the mustang.
Yeah, I about spit coffee on my monitor when the guy told me a hundred bones for one plug.
I just picked up two sets of these from the shack.

The fifth wire is the trigger wire for the solenoid, so I can just solder that one. Im thinking I can just squirt some rtv in the back of each plug after I pin it, then electrical tape the heck out of it since these aren't really weather resistant.
Looking at it last night, I think I can cut the harness back and get enough extra wire to make this work.
Let me know if you still need the plug.
THat's the plug for the fusible links in the charging system. I hard-wired mine in after my plug went kablooey.
