Title: Cougar guys - window clip question

Does the rear window trim on 83-86 cougars use the same clips as the windshield? and also how many clips are there for the rear window trim?

Can't answer if the clips are the same for front and rear. My 87 has 19 clips for the rear window trim. Here is a picture of mine. I purchased these from Restoration Specialties & Supply, Inc in Winber, PA. PH#814-467-9842, fax# 814-467-5323, or email: info@restorationspecialties.com

I was hunting for them for months for 87's and couldn't find them, got some used ones from shredder. 83-86 are different,I think there the same as the front on them.

Contact a local body shop.  They should be able to get some for you.
