I offered $300 and that pissed him off, he said he has been checking ebay and saw the prices of them on there, lol. that's how he came up with the price.

He said he thinks he'll get around $400 at the syard. I don't know the current smetal prices but I'm thinking he'll be lucky to get $200. At $650, it would be cheaper to find the yard he takes it to and buy it one piece at a time and let them deal with the shell.

Yea, s prices here are around 180-200 bucks a ton, sooooooo a 31-3400 lb (just a guesstimate here) car would bring in about 220 bucks. Good luck to him.
