getting ready to repair and paint the front end and undercarriage of my 86 tcoupe, any suggestions on primer and paint, was thinking about bill hirsch, I will be welding in a couple new pieces and blasting the rest.
I used duplacolor engine paint w/ceramic (new ford gray) on the under side of my capri! It looks good and its durable.t
Epoxy primer and Urethane paint..... can't really beat that combo
i 2nd that ^ im a painter body man by trade and i will spend as long as i need to sand down the frame prime and paint it.
my time is limited between my son, house and work it doesn't leave me alot of spare time, I was thinking about applying with a brush since i don't have the best facility for spraying thats why i was thinking hirsch paint seeing you can apply it with a foam brush, this won't be a show car so i'm looking for the best cost to time ratio as possible. thanks
Use a fine nap or foam roller to do most of it...I painted the underside of mine with a roller
this is all roller finished
