Title: Weird fuel rail pics
Post by: mtgmike on December 03, 2010, 04:34:25 PM
I remember someone being really weirded out by my fuel rail. It has a second schrader valve right next to the regulator.  I finally though to take a pic of it off the car, so here you go.

The 86 mustang came with those.  Ran them on my foxes so I could run an extra electric fuel pressure gauge in the car, and one on the down rail by head.

Mine does not have the test port on the front of the motor.

Can swap the one on return by front of motor, for one off a mustang if you want extra shrader valve.  I use to swap the fuel rails on mustangs so I could run a gauge in engine compartment, and run the electric gauge in car.

If you look closley in this picture can see small gauge I ran in engine compartment(by inlet on valve cover), and the sending unit next to EGR valve.. This was on my 86GT I had few years ago.
