Title: Did thunderbirds/cougars have maplights

Like the swivel kind that came in the mustangs? I'm thinkin no cause they had the domelight/maplight combo deal one but ya never know.

none of the 40+ 85-88's I have owned had one. It was a pinto/maverick carry over.

It would be east to install though.Personally,I like the "bugeye" dome lights,they are a direct swap bolt on (just snip two pieces of plastic from the light) and put out a lot more light.

Yeah I like the bug eye ones too I was just wondering.
