Im looking for the rectangular shaped clear lense covers that are located in the left and right front bumper. I have seen several cougars with these but havent been able to locate any myself. I have the ugly yellow lenses.
Thanks
Dennis
Hard to find. 83 only items.
I've got one, so if you find someone else with just one, you can make a pair?
How much would you want for the one you have?
$10 bucks + the ride. What really ticks me off is I found the other one in an 83 at the junkyard, and got distracted, left without it, and when I had a chance to get back to it, it was crushed.
I have a RH NOS one that is for sale on my Parts For Sale Thread!
The one you have looks more like its for the side of the front bumper(just infront of the wheels). It doesnt look as narrow as what I'm reffering to, which are the lenses in the front of the bumper.
His is definitely the bumper mounted light, the fender ones are totally different .
The bumper openings are a lot narrower than the actual lens :D
I havent had them out from behind the bumper so that would make sense!
No it's not the cornering lamp... It's for sure the turn signal/parking lamp. The lamp is actually much bigger than the rectangular hole in the bumper.

"C" in the picture above which is the 1983 only clear version of the amber 1984-86 "F" shown.

You can see by the overspray how much bigger they are behind the opening in the bumper.
Those are for sale BTW, In my sale thread. ;)
