Seems like a decent starting price.
If you have any questions about the part or the condition make sure to ask this seller plenty of questions. He has some great stuff for our cars at times but his descriptions are short and generic. I've received a NOS part from him that I wouldn't have sold without noting some of the condition issues.
I would have given him negative feedback but he kind of covers himself with his 'Representation' paragraph so I chalk it up to experience and move on.
My ebay philosophy has become, if in doubt....don't buy.
