Yup..83 TCs had the brightwork around the windows..not blacked out.

Is that a black pinstripe or paint around the window trim?

Jim- Nah..not a purist...just weird.

Eric- That is painted on. Originally they were a vinyl stripe, but I didn't want to mess with it. I thought about it for a while and just decided to have it done this way. It's possible it should have been the dark grey like the mirrors and mouldings, but I wasn't able to find a good pic of a "new" one...so I went with the black. I think the black, grey and bare aluminum will ok when it's all said and done. The dark grey could have been a bit more flat finished, but they're not full gloss.
