Title: Anyone using a Hurst Quarter Stick ...
Post by: boss9 on August 03, 2010, 09:34:16 PM
in the factory console ? Some of the local Mustang guys are using them with a Holcomb Motorsports adapter plate with little to no mods to the console. I hope it will work, I kind of put the cart before the horse and bought the adapter and the shifter before asking :hick:

Here's another pic of the plate by itself...

WORKS WITH HURST 1/4 STICK, BM PRO STICK OR TCI OUTLAW SHIFTERS. ALLOWS MOUNTING OF THE SHIFTER WITHOUT CUTTING UP YOUR CONSOLE. MAY REQUIRE SOME NOTCHING OF THE FLOOR PAN. SHIFTER BOOT CAN EVEN BE REINSTALLED BY CUTTING SLIGHTLY.

Don't know. Heck I don't even know if it's going to work in my Bird using the factory console. I'll let you know as soon as it gets here.
