They nominated the Sport for car of the month on 4 Eyed Pride. I thought that was a great compliment. if anyone is a member,go vote. I'd say vote for the Sport,but vote what you feel is right for you. Still, I thought that was cool of them. No,it's not a 4 eyed car,but,the respect from the others for ours is still appreciated. I'd do the same if the situation was turned around.

Yes there are parts of the old girl on the Sport.I'm hoping to have the power seats in soon (passenger side).I keep getting busy.I did restore the control panel.That's one step closer.LOL.Thanks for the vote,I appreciate it.

BAD !!! Spoiled milk smell,heavy cigarette smell (I don't smoke at all,so,it probably seemed magnified),musty,old,and just disgusting. It was a Sport (the first one I've actually seen personally),and it was $250.00 delivered to the house.,but complete. It has turned out to be a great car,and I wouldn't let it go.

The headliner was shredded,seats torn up,carpet so hard it literally broke apart in places,busted dash panels,no working horn or radio,all the speakers were gone,windows didn't work,all of the controls in the console didn't work,and more.Man,it;'s been a long road,but worth it.

Well,I personally thank you. Like most members here,it's been one piece at a time over a long time.I still have a ways to go.More going on than I really want to think about,so,I just look at it one task at a time....mostly.Now,I am working on the a/c system,and the cup holder design.After that,we'll see.

Epoxy won't hold it.You'll need to replace it,or make some metal panels to replace the broken plastic. I just remove the inner splash shield on the driver side fender,and you'll see the cable running through there.Takes about 10 or 15 minutes total. Not a big deal.
