Does anybody know if these will work on an 85 thunderbird?

they should.... May need to drill holes for the placement of the clips though. And maybe lengthen the wires to the door locks depending on where yours were located. I had to do this putting 86 panels on my 85

I aquired some 87-88 door panels in gray for my 84 and all of the panel clips line up perfectly to the holes in the door. The only thing I had to do was drill new holes for the pull strap screws to secure to the upper door since they are wider apart. Also, at the end of the door panel at the top, as an extra measure I ran a small screw through in the original location where the 87-88 cars do not locate a screw.

No modifications were needed for the door lock switch wiring as it is already the perfect length and the switches are located only a few inches below the original locations of the early 83-84 cars.

I upgraded from that style to the premium TC style. that's why I needed more wire I think

Oh yeah that makes sense with the premium door panel trim.
