Title: spark plug gap?!

with the mods listed below in my signature, what should i put my gaping at with my motorcraft spark plugs? i have the set at 35-36ish right now.

I would say about where your at, I don't see any kind of ignition magnifier. Maybe 34 but I doubt you will notice.
You got some plans for that, You did head work right?
I'm not a 2.3 guy, so maybe someone else could answer.

i went with 35-36ish, it feels fine. thanks for your import though. its appreciated

That's a bit wide.  Pull them into .028-032"

EDIT- Well I guess I should say, that if they feel fine, and you're not having any spark blowout under boost, then the bigger the gap you can use the better.

Ford specs .028-.032 for the 2.3T...

Likely after a couple months when the plug tips "round off", you'll start getting a misfire at higher boost levels...

i put them down to .033 today and it likes that better. what should i set them at when i pump boost to 22psi?
