Hey guys, I just recently got stationed back in the States after a couple of years in puppiesan. I bought a 88 TC just before leaving the States and it has been in storage waiting a resto. So now I'm in my new house, garage is set up , and the fun can begin!
So my 1st question:
Is there a write up on how to remove the plastic/rubber one piece rear window molding on an 88 TC? I searched and can't find a good description and I don't have the factory manuals any more. My molding is cracked so I wanted to try and repair it off the body.
Here's are some pics:

By the way, it's great to be back home and in the Turbocoupe Community again!! Cheers!
Welcome home !!
There is no special trick for the molding, it just pulls out of the channel,
get a screwdriver or something similar under it and gently pry it up:D
There's an NOS rear window trim piece in the classifieds for sale...$120.00...Sounds kind of high, but, they are hard to find and it's probably worth it.Spend the money now and have it.Better than waiting and not being able to find one. That piece can really ugly up a nice car.
Welcome home.I remember coming home from over seas many times. Good luck with the Bird, and, pics are needed asap.
