Well after 3 years the Bird is finally flying.I brought the car back to Connecticut from Tennessee in June of 2007 and have been slowly going thru it and bringing it back and want to thank all the great people that sold me the parts I needed and helped me with advice and info along the way.I couldn't be more pleased with the way it came out,the car looks and drives great.
Again a big THANK YOU to my friends at NATO,TurboFord and Fox T-bird and Cougar forums.

Very Very Nice !!!
Love it! I still love the 4-eye birds the most. :) Is it completely stock or did you do MBC (couldn't see in that corner in the pic) and exhaust stuff too?
Very cool. I think you got a picture of every conceivable angle too.
Talk about spontaneous spooge after seeing that! :rollin:
Great job! I so want the day to come that my car to looks that good...
Looks very nice.
I have one question, not complaining, just curious. Why did you go with a bare(?) finish for the air cleaner? That and the bit over the radiator look to be the only non-stock things you've done.
Very nice, great job!!!
makes me want to finish my 86 that much more after seeing it. soon I hope soon...:burnout:
t3skidoo,I am not sure but I think the air cleaner top is supposed to be silver.Correct me if I'm wrong.Should it be black? As far as the emblem on the radiator,I had an extra one from the side moldings and it just kinda fit,put it there on a whim, probably won't leave it.
Fluke,it's all stock and going to keep it that way.
Thank you all for the kind words,I couldn't have done it without you guys.
Joe
Air cleaner is suppose to be black.
Never saw a silver one.....;)
Very nice car!!
Nice work Joe.
Very nice work. Nothing wrong with staying stock with such a clean car. :)
Thanks for the info, guys.I wasn't sure, there was a cone on it when I got it and the assembly I bought was silver.
