they are not bad. if your going to go nutz with engine mods id consider a brand name one. for a mild engine it totally beats spending over 3 times as much. the one you have picked out requires a MA meter.

THIS (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=38634&item=7969868109&rd=1) is the one i got awhile ago. i dry fit it and it fits fine, i still dont have a MAF meter to finnish the install though.

the only difference between those, and name brand ones, is the filter itself, and the name

so a regular 302 wont work unless you have a MAF meter from a mustang installed?

you dont realy need to have the MAF conversion done, just the meter housing. the 89 up kits have a break in the tubing for the meter. i plan on doing the MAF swap when i go to HO so i figured id get the cold air kit for MAF. im sure they have them for non MA cars.
