Title: tc header panel cooling
Post by: zerokool on April 12, 2010, 10:16:31 PM
So this seems obvious to me that having a tc header panel effects the cooling, but does anyone on here know by how much compared to a regular grill?

Does your car have the air dam?
I gather you're having overheating issues..?

If it does not have the factory air dam, you'll notice some difference with it on. I had a TC header panel on a 3.8, and now a 5.0 Bird, and also have the air dam, and it doesn't overheat. Of course, I've had a V8 radiator in them both at the same time the TC header was on...

Nah, no cooling issues thankfully. I have the grill, I just like the tc front end more. To me it really smooths the front out a lot more
