Anyone know if they ever made a model of the square Fox-Birds? I'd love to get one if they did.

The only ones I've seen were the NASCAR ones.
Or maybe I'm imagining that.
I've seen NASCAR ones also
Only the Hodgdon(?) and Wrangler t-bird models are around, they're the same kit just different decals. 81/82 style.

You can get the kits on ebay pretty easy, I have a few of them stashed away for when/if I take up model building again.
They did as well in nascar as they did in showrooms lol.

im sure ive seen a py quality model kit for the squarebird, not a nascar one either. may have been a large kit.
there is a decent model shop near me(within walking distance) maybe when i get the time ill go check since ive been thinking about picking up a kit to pass some time(a non-ford one incase you care)
On a completely unrelated note...that's and neat shot of ole Ironhead...that was nasty wreck, caused him some back problems for several years, IIRC...
On topic:
Wonder how feasible it would be for some of the more hardcore modelers here to craft a resin body of an '83-84-85-or 86 Tbird?
As well as the aforementioned Box Birds?
I'd throw money out for a resin cast '85 or '86.... :D
Here's something to work with at least for the 83-86 body

Rats... My idea was to do a little cutting on one to make a 2-seat convertible. Think square-bird panels on an asc/McLaren convertible and you'd have my idea.
Still, might work pretty well in full scale, eh?
