advice for replacement of this?

The p.o. blocked of the turbo feed after he destroyed the turbo line and killed the turbo. He destroyed the flare inside of the manifold block and my forced4 oil feed line wont thread in.

Should be able to. I would think you could whip something up using plumbing fittings. I do something similar when I put together my hardline eliminator kits.
