Title: Wanted 1988 Cougar XR7

My first car was a 1988 Cougar XR7 which sadly died a few years back when I was in college.  But now I'm looking to get back in the game!!

I'm looking for a clean 1988 XR7, preferrably white, with little to no rust.  I plan on gutting the entire thing and rebuilding it with a 351...a bit of an upgrade from the 155hp I was used to.  My only real request is that it doesn't have red interior.

I appreciate any help you might be able to provide and look forward to working with you all in the near future.

Thanks guys...I thinking this is going to be a long process...if at all possible I'd like to find one that is fully loaded but finding one of those is like finding a needle in a hay stack...

If it's an XR-7,it probably has most options on it.Especially the one above with leather and a sunroof.

Took me 18 months to find exactly what I wanted, but patience paid off in the end.

i doubt if you are looking to tear apart an all original car
and i dont think i could sell it that way .my black 88 is on autotrader.com. there are 27 pics if anyone wants to
