how does the boost controller you have for sale work? is it the bleed valve type or is it like the gills valve? and how much shipped to 16946?

It is  a fish bowl type bleed valve. You pull up on the red lock ring and turn to adjust. Then you push red lock ring down to lock boost in place. Price is $25 shipped anywhere in the US. Sorry I thought I put the price
