I have never seen one of these

Weird.
That would be awesome for highway trips, long drives. Not pretty, but very functional. That would stop a lot of front end abuse.
Seems like a good idea but would it not scuff your paint? I would think that having that thing rubbing against the surface of the car might be worse than just dealing with bug guts and rock chips.
i can see it on a dd but besides that nothing else
If you look close, you can see the little rubber "dots" inside to keep it from rubbing the paint.
I remember those from back in the day...been a long time. Cool.
And yes, the rubber nubs did rub the paint.
If it were me, I'd hang it on the garage wall just to look at it. ;)
Never seen one of those, that is really neat.
never seen this before, pretty neat.
wonder what other cars had this kind of thing available to them.
Seems to me that with a little bit of fab work you can make on hell of a lightweight nose for a drag car outta that.:D
Learn something new every day.
Wouldnt that restrict ALOT of air going into the radiator?
I have one in the garage for a fox body mustang.
Scott
It's probably meant for a Turbo Coupe. They get their air from a scoop under the bumper, their header panel was one solid piece. Some Mustangs do the same thing.
I remember those...... now I feel old
They were kinda ugly when installed
They're kinda ugly when not installed...
you just dont like aero-nosed birds :tg:
i dont like aero birds but i still think its neat.
who ever buys it should make it all up to look like a car is crashing thru their wall with it. thats what i would do :P
