Title: Spectre wire lock header bolts

Anybody here use them before? the price is right. :)

I saw them at Autozone.You'll need two sets,they come in packs of 12,not 16 like the 5.0's need.I thought about it,but I hate using safety wire.I had to use that all over the jets I worked on in the Air Force.For me,what made me decide against it,was the fact that Standard header bolts and lock washers have worked great,never loosen up on my Sport,and no worries of removing and re-doing safety wire when I need to remove a header.Not worth the effort in my own opinion.

But you have shorty headers. I have full-length BBK's, and there's no way i could even fit a lock washer with 1-3/4" tubes.

Then that may be the way to go.I have 1 5/8 tubes.Grab a couple of sets and get to wiring then !!!!
