Title: whats the best way to get a website

My wife is wanting to start a web site for her dog breeding/kennel . what is the best way to get one up and going. any help would be nice.

Does your ISP give you a free web sight, some do. That way you can experiment with it till your ready to do a full blown one.

Ill check on that i got AOL for an ISP, buts  she wants one up soon..

you could also play around with Tripod-Lycos... http://www.tripod.com
They offer free sites, templates, etc.
