Im going to Knoxville, TN for work on 3/8 thru 3/10.  Where are some decent places to eat and whatnot?

There are LOTS of good restaurants , Do you know what part of town you are going to be ?

Im going to be staying somewhere near TYS(airport).  I have a Norfolk Southern job to look at. That runs from Knoxville to Chatanooga (sp?).  Either way, im staying near the AP so i dont have to get up early on the 10th.  Ill have an address for the hotel by tomorrow.  I didnt get to booking that yet.

There is a fantastic Mexican restaurant right across from the airport
EL Sauzon
 And just FYI Knoxville ( McGhee- Tyson )is not in Knoxville it's in Alcoa about 8 miles south  . 
Minutes from me :D

Go to new salvage yards and buy cool T-Bird and Cougar parts.
