Which volvo head fits the 2.3 I was thinking about putting a turbo 2.3 into a daily driver 65 mustang and replace the straight 6

 it requires major work
a shame as i wanted to do a NA motor someday but dont have the resources

b234f is the DOHC people have used.

i dont see why "major work" should equal an answer of "none"

because when ever i find a post related to the subject of swapping a volvo dohc head onto a ford 2.3 lots of them are under the impression its a bolt on affair, which it is not.
so the answer is then "none" are a bolt on, BUT can be made to fit with "major work".
and major work is hard to sum up when major to some is just changing a fuel pump.

that sounds like a sweet plan.  I've wanted to do the same to a 67 fb (my favorite pony).

And not to be too pedantic, the head actually does bolt on.  You just have to plug some other holes .. and stuff.    :D
