i plan on it hell i have a mn12 and im stil here. How could i leave behind some of the best group of guys around.
here is some really good info. this is how I solved my problem yesterday :D http://www.turbotbird.com/faqs/ to answer some of your questions... I get somewhere between 24-30mpg, use motorcraft wires, autolite 764 plugs gapped between .032 and .036, timing set at about 10* and TPS set between .97 and .99v and that should pretty well sum it up for a good tune. this is how I run mine and they run pretty good.
added more ;)
The motor's barely broken in. NATO has
great info, and since no one's said it yet, so does TF (http://"http://www.turboford.net/ubb/ultimatebb.php").
Can't tell from the pic, is the right taillight busted or is there something on it?

been working on this forum just starting to get where we have decent traffic.
cool! maybe here soon enough i can get time off work to get up there. Been working saturdays alot lately. But thats what happens when your #1 lol. yeah i make kraftmaid cabanets at work.
not a bad looking TC.. I have had 4 with that same color code... lol
with a 5 speed your golden!
another question how long does it take for the turbo to spool down after driving it? cuz i know you can just shut them off like a na car.
If you're not beating on it you can just shut it off. If you are beating on it give it a minute. The ihi is water cooled so its not so critical to idle before shutdown. Use a decent synthetic oil, preferably a diesel oil and you'll be fine.
