HI I have a sloppy chain in my 5.0 and was wondering if stock is straight-up or retarded for emissions. If there's a benefit to running an aftermarket set I'd be very interested. Any ideas? Thanx.

I use a double roller straight up.It's been working great.

I believe the factory set up is straight up.
