We have a factory AOD transmission and convertor that used to be adapted to the 302 that was originally installed in our 1985 Thunderbird.
It is in great condition and is still very durable as is, since there really wasn't a lot of mileage on it (32,000 original miles).
We're looking to sell it for $200, but we're flexible.
