If you are looking for something a little more "performance" oriented, use a set of Chuck's adapters and Monroe "Max Air" # MA777.

The MA777's are made for a Ford van, and so will be valved a bit more stiffly for a Thunderbird application. They have nearly the same extended and compressed lengths as Fox-Mustang shocks, thus the adapters. I used a set of these in my asc/McLaren convertible, and they had a nice stiff (but not harsh) ride.

Shiny Side Up!

I got'm. I have to have them or my tires keep buffin the wheel wells. The lincoln rear pushes the wheels out a little to far.

Eventually,I plan to start using Mustang shocks with my ChuckW shack adapters, but have had other things in the way of more progress.

They look like SN-95 V-6 wheels to me.
I dont know for sure a second look has me thinking SN-95 cobra wheels.
