I just talked to a lawyer friend today about the subject of online petitions and he stated they pose no validity.  They only hold merit with an authorized signature in black or blue ink.  Just letting you guys know.

That's funny, it worked for the issue with the NYS license plates a few months back....

What you say is true when it refers to E-MAIL petitions.  There is a difference.

Stay tuned ladies and gents.....pending a permit from the local parks department, there may be a one day event with a shortened strip here soon!
