Heheh, those are split port heads off a 98 or newer Split port 3.8l motor out of a windstar or mustang(Maybe a few others). You would need to buy the new style lower intake and exhaust manifolds, at the very least, if you wanted to use them with carburetion, or buy the whole motor(Since overall it's WAY better than any of the 3.8's before it) if you wanted to even contemplate running it fuelie.
When my motor went south I just bought the whole setup and converted it to carb.
