Nice. How does it feel on the highway? Got any dyno numbers?
I gotta tell ya, it didnt ride all that well and it doesn't turn worth a . I only made one pull on the dyno. It came out to 1 hand power, however i didnt get it all the way into the boost.
Hope you got the optional rubber tire, cause them plastic ones dont grip for squat.
Nah, i was a cheap and got the plastic sneakers, im kinda regreting it now.
Lol I hear ya on that, I two four-eyes with the plastics.
I need to dig all mine out. I got some four-eyes, TC slot car, some 56's.
I found this one on Evilbay. It made the long journey across the pond from England. First time ive seen a red with black Matchbox 87/88 Turbo Coupe. Now why didnt anyone do a Cougar???
On the plus side, it looks like you've really got the pounds down. Should help with the power to weight ratio....
Oh yeah, the power to weight ratio is stellar.
I got one of those models to put together that I have had forever. One day I may just get bored enough to tackle putting together that model which is something I have not done in many years.
I prefer the full size ones ;)
Cool!
I actually found one of these myself recently at the local Goodwill.
Was gonna post pics but my camera died on me.
Mines pretty beat up though, And has numbers written on it.
I also found a fox t-bird wired remote car, Ill post pics when new cam arrives from ebay.
Thanks for reminding me. I got one sitting in the basp00get waiting for to do something with it.
Cool, the red one is one of my favorites. This is my gold one, the rubber tires do help the ride. :hick:
That is sweet!!!
They did a pretty nice job on them. I think I might have one of each color they put out. If I ever get photo shop back on my computer so I can shrink pics again I'll take some pics of them and get them posted.
Here's a couple pics. of my hot wheels/matchboxes. These are the fox Birds I have. I've been collecting T-Bird memorbillia for a while now.
And afew four eyes.
My collection is similar to yours, I'll see how buried they are and if it's not too bad I'll snap a pic. I even have an mn12 bird micromachine, lol
Cool! Yeah I have one of those as well. I tried to buy a lot of 5 or 6 micros from a guy on ebay but he didn't accept my best offer. I have alot of the older Birds as well. I was buying too many so I decided to stick with the fox Birds.
