Title: WTB: 1983-84 Heater Panel

Looking for a show-quality 1983-84 Cougar/T-Bird heater panel, non-ATC, with A/C, with defroster. Chrome around the sliders MUST be in excellent shape! Shipping to 44471. Will pay top dollar and high quality photos will be required. Thanks!

Yes...here's a photo:

The Fox-based LTD/Marquis of the era had a similar panel (as did the earlier 1980-82 Fox Cougars/T-Birds) but I don't think it's exact. I only know of a 1983-84 Cougar/T-Bird for the correct panels.
Correct part number is E3SZ-19980-B.

Eric, here is a pic of the one in my 80 Bird and it looks the same except the s are chrome where yours appear black. Maybe if thats the only difference it might help locate one

The FAN and R. DEF. letters are different...that's the only thing I can tell from the faceplate. Functionally it probably is the same but I'm not 100% positive since I've not messed with one earlier than a 1983-84 model. I'm just playing it safe and going with the "correct" one for our cars since it's for a show vehicle. I appreciate the thought, though. Kinda digging the chrome s too. ;)

Eric, I've got one in the garage I removed from a parts car earlier this year. I'll give it a look see after work tommorow and get some pics to you if it looks worthy. Pulled it out of an 83 TC.
