A purple 21 tooth speedo gear is about $10 at the Ford dealer.

Thanks Thunderjet,but if I can get it a little cheaper,every dollar adds up to savings so I can SOME DAY get my seats re-done.

How does one figure out exactly which speedo gear they need? Is there a chart?

There is a chart,but I don't remember where it is.I had this written down from when the 3.73 was an option a couple of years ago.

Heh, I just went to the dealership last week and the purple 21 tooth was $1.50 I believe. I bought it, but I really need a 23 toother. Too bad I have to order it from somewhere(Lazy). Those, however, are not $1.50.

My Ford dealership said they couldn't get them,so,I found a brand new one on Ebay for $4.00 shipped.Thanks a lot.
