Yeah I had to dust this one off, defiantly a OLDIE...
Taken '01 FFW Weekend at Virginia Motor Sports Park, by someone I didn't even know at the time... Second run, air temp was 95* and engine was at 225*+, we were were not allowed a cool down... It had just gone 13.65@102 with engine temp around 200*... Exact same setup with new plugs(those were pushing two years old) went 13.11@105 on a cool evening

Half a second from plugs......
And people wonder why I stress the little things....
I'd have to give em .25-.30 sec, I figure the cooler engine(about 170* vs 200*) and 35* less air temp were worth at least .25... Still no doubt they made a difference, even the ass-o-meter was impressed, felt noticeably stronger...
