That includes Lower+Upper intake manifold?

How much HP gains on a 90 5.0L foxbody can you pick up with the gt40 explorer manifolds? 10-15 flywheel?

and last question, how much shipped to 98230?

Depends on your other mods. 10-15 is reasonable if you use the 65mm TB with it.

Very debatable. Heads? Cams? People like to use the old B-cam or Trick Flow stage 1 cam with GT40 heads and this intake to make some very decent numbers but if you are just going to replace the stock HO manifold for this one then 10-15 roughly as said but this intake does not fall on its face around 4500 RPM like the stock manifold. From what I read these start losing wind around 5500. Still one of the best bangs for your buck.
