I was in a hurry to get the rear center brake hose installed and didn't notice that the package mentioned letting it lay flat at room temperature for 30 minutes. Anyone see a problem with NOT doing this? The hose basically "unfolded" to near the exact position it needs to be installed so I just put it in and gave it a test drive. I assume most shops/people ignore this while it's a general rule to follow for many brake hoses depending on how they were packaged. Should I worry at all about this?
The hose was rounded halfway down it and placed into a box. I just don't want to have problems with that hose as it's the most difficult one to get to - about an hour to swap/begin bleeding as long as everything goes as planned.
The Dorman H38611 in this picture at rockauto was correct for our cars - it shipped from Washington and arrived to my door a day later:

I just installed the line on the vert. I didn't know about the letting it sit rule.
But then again, it was at least 30 min from the time I took it out of the box, got the old one off, and installed the new one.
