Shouldn't make it run any different.  Check for vac leaks.  Especially the one running to the fuel reg.

I forgot to add that he has an adjustable fuel regulator and 19# injectors and the stock computer, now where should the fuel pressure be set?  it was at about 55#'s while the engine was running and I tuned it down to about 35#'s is this too low?  should we swap the stock injectors back in?

the 19's will make it run rich  been there done that got the T shirt

put in the stockers back in and the problem will be gone.

fuel pressure needs to be 39 psi with the vac line disconnected

The computer won't deal with 19lb injectors without a tune. That thing must just be dumping fuel.

Cam needs different firing order EEC and the EEC needs to be swapped for any other injector.

dont come in here to hate...  V8 EFI is new to me and I'm not here for ignorant comments..  here to learn so keep your comments to yourself if you dont have something to say to help someone in need.  By the way the problem is solved and I knew that you dont mix 19# injectors and a stock computer. Mods please lock this thread!

i had that same screwed up setup when i got my car and it stayed that way until about a month ago...

HO upper, 19# injectors, stock computer.....

the stock computer DEFINATELY doesnt like bigger injectors. i put a B cam and SD HO computer in it and it runs 200% better.

With 3200+ posts you ain't exactly a newbie, what you were doing had been tried unsuccessfully several times before... Should have at least known all Ford EFI & SEFI systems run 39PSI F/P...

Unless the asthmatic stock 50mm throttle body was also upgraded, the HO intake nets ZERO gain on a SO 5.0...

I did say this is my buddies car NOT mine and I did NOT put the 19#ers in and for everyones info somewhere along the line we knocked the vacuum off the map sensor causing it to run rich.  theres no need to treat me like im stupid.  and tom I wasn't aware of the 39# setting.  and to 32v sometimes I like a second opinion so I can check my work.  we did swap it back to the stock injectors like I was trying to explain to my buddy.  to the ones that did help Thank You.

Well, using the search I found the answer you got in this thread.....

http://www.foxtbirdcougarforums.com/showpost.php?p=266554&postcount=4

http://www.foxtbirdcougarforums.com/showpost.php?p=214069&postcount=5

http://www.foxtbirdcougarforums.com/showpost.php?p=112379&postcount=3

And when push comes to shove on some of the earlier stuff on the site before the great crash of 2007,  You can go to google and type "site:www.foxtbirdcougarforums.com" with no spaces and then put a space and search for the term you are looking for.  It will give you every instance of said term within the site

Example:

Typing  --  site:http://www.foxtbirdcougarforums.com supercharger
gives you:  http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=site%3Awww.foxtbirdcougarforums.com+supercharger&cts=1255108942896&aq=f&oq=&aqi=

While I'm sure you know where the search function is I had meant to point out that pehaps a more thorough use of the advanced functions was in order.  No insult was intended.

No worries ;)
The context gets lost when you read it and can't hear the words on occasion.
