Sweeeeet !!! I would love to have a Pinto.I thought one would make the perfect little parts hauler.I like what you've done.I read years ago in a Hot Rod magazine about one with a stock TC setup in it and it was running low 12's.Awesome.

thanks all, the bird is going on a trip to arkansas probably never to return,,, idk.. the pinto is about to morph in a week or 2 and should be a 10 second street car at that point. right now its an upper 11s car.  and the roof rack gives the car too much character to remove it.

What's your take on the Greg Weld rims?

I was contemplating a set for my Cougar, that exact style to be precise, but apparently they are not hub centric creating the need for hardened studs.

The cars look good BTW!

!

make sure you use the correct lugs for them. at first i didnt and they were a biotch to get back off!!!!! as in 3 hours to get 2 rims off. got the correct lugs and its just like any other removal. im not using any special studs for mine and have no issues... i also got a killer deal on the rims. all 4 new shipped for 305.... 15x3.5 and 15x8
