Thanks for your suggestions, but I changed my mind. Ithink I'm going to have to do the 5 lug swap and get the rims I've really been loking at. I would like wheels that say "American power". These look like they belong on a Jetta

They do fit fox cars surpisingly. I know we have about 8 wheels to choose from and 3 of them are different types of cobra wheels. some of them are here: http://www.discounttiredirect.com/direct/sortWheels.do?vid=004341&yr=1988&bp=&rw=&wd=17&c=1&sortOrder=Price&pager.offset=0
BTW I do have a black 88 XR-7
