Title: how to lower the rear

what is the best spring to lower the rear of a 83 thunderbird around 1.5 to 2 in. and is the chart ok to use for the front

I used SN-95 Mustang springs.Right at 2 inches lower,direct swap.I did have an alignment done afterwards,I also swapped the lower a-frames,tie rods,steering rack,and strut mounts.

when you said you swapped a frames,tie rods,steering rack and strut mounts you mean to a sn95 gear

Vinny...were those V6 or V8, hardtop or vert car springs?  I'm not sure there is a difference but just assuming there is.

Let the air out of your tires! Seriously, Mach1's and CHE adjustable's will work.

The a-frames (same as the Bird's) and springs were SN-95,the rest was for a Sport model T-Bird.

The V-6 and V-8 are the same.
