Title: What do I need to put 86 struts/mounts onto a 87-88 car???
Post by: onenasty86tbird on September 05, 2009, 08:13:17 PM
Is there any differences besides the strut mounts themselves having a different center hole? Can I swap 86 struts etc into a 87-88 car without issue if I do the whole strut assembly with mounts?

the only difference I noticed when I did my strut mounts is that the 83-86 used a spacer in the lower grommet and the 87-88 does not use the spacer.
